Licences and conditions are available through DFO’s National On-line Licencing System.  Fish harvesters are reminded that they must renew their groundfish licence and pay a Cod individual quota (IQ) fee and arrange At-Sea Observer coverage services prior to fishing. Fish harvesters are also reminded to fish within their homeport area, as outlined in licence conditions.

Compliance with management measures is essential for the success of this fishery. This includes the completion and return of all logbooks, as per licence conditions.

Further details on the management measures for this fishery can be found online at the Departmental website: http://www.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/decisions/fm-2015-gp/index-atl-eng.htm#GroundfishMixed   (This link is no longer available)
