The Bluenose II public harbour tour schedule has been posted now that Capt. Phil Watson has deemed the crew ready to sail.
The schedule is subject to change in the event of unfavourable sailing conditions.

DFO advises that the Witch flounder (Greysole) fishery for vessels less than 65 feet, using Danish seine (vessel classes C50 and C351), will open in NAFO sub-Divisions 3Ps and 4Rd — from a line drawn due west of Cape Ray, north to a line drawn due west of Cape St. George until further notice.

Crew Safe After Vessel Sinks Off N.B. Coast
Four fishermen from Tignish were rescued in the waters off Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick Sunday morning after their vessel took on water.
The vessel was 154 kilometres east of Shippagan, N.B. and 93 kilometres northeast of Tignish, P.E.I.

DFO Increases P.E.I. Tuna Allocation by 20 Per Cent
Tuna fishermen in Prince Edward Island will now have an opportunity to catch more of the highly sought-after fish.
Fisheries and Oceans Minister Gail Shea announced Friday a 30-tonne increase in the Island’s 2015 allocation.
The Island’s allocation last year was 125.86 metric tonnes and the 331 Island boats that participated in the fishery came to within 28.9 kilograms of filling it.
This year, the fleet will be able to fish 155.95 tonnes.
