Atlantic Provinces Sign New Aquaculture MOU
The four Atlantic provinces recently signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the ongoing development and management of their industries, based on common principles.

I got to know Harold Small (Feb. 13, 1936 – May 17, 2021) when the Baie Verte Development Association and the Green Bay Economic Development Association got together to plan some sort of response to Greenpeace which was trying to destroy our seal industry.

Passed On: Alexander Feltham – Glovertown, N.L. fisherman
Feltham, 73, tragically passed away on June 1 as a result of a boating accident on Rocky Pond near Gambo. He was born in Glovertown on April 14, 1948 to the late Millicent and Reuben Feltham. He worked as a teacher, with the Department of Forestry and then went on to become a fisherman. He continued fishing until he retired in 2016.

With the passing of the Cannabis Act (C-45) in June, 2018 paving the way to the legalization of marijuana-related products in Canada on October 17, 2018, weed has become big business.
