Moncton, NB – This coming January will see the return of Fish Canada Workboat Canada to the Moncton Coliseum Complex. Taking place January 22-23, 2016, this is the nation’s largest commercial marine tradeshow. Showcasing the latest in products and services that keep Atlantic Canada’s marine-based industries running strong, this is a must-attend event for all those who make their living on, in, and around the water.
Fish Canada Workboat Canada is held biennially and the 2016 edition will once again include a diverse array of exhibitors, with representation from local, regional, national and international companies, appealing to the thousands of industry professionals who attend this key industry event.
“The 2014 event set an attendance record with more than 4,500 visitors walking the show floor,” said Show Manager Shawn Murphy. “This positive momentum is sure to continue for the 2016 edition – particularly given the current strength of the industry.”
At the show, visitors will find a comprehensive assembly of the newest, most innovative products on today’s market, including engines, electronics, equipment for boat builders, as well as commercial and marine fisheries equipment.
This edition of Fish Canada Workboat Canada will also include a seminar series, presented onsite at the show and free of charge to all attendees. Additionally, a new group of honorees will be inducted into the Atlantic Canada Marine Industries Hall of Fame at the show – a special recognition created by the Navigator and Master Promotions Ltd. in 2008 to pay a lasting tribute to those who have made valuable contributions in any sector of the marine industry.
