DFO advises that in accordance with the soft-shell crab protocol, that the following grids AG-45, AH-45 and AI-45 in Crab Fishing Area 4 in NAFO Division 3K will close to fishing snow crab and shrimp at midnight on Thursday, June 25, 2015 due to a high incidence of soft-shell crab.
All crab pots must be removed from this area.
The closure for northern shrimp is in effect for 60 days, and will re-open on August 25, 2015.
