The Wooden Boat Museum of Newfoundland and Labrador in Winterton recently unveiled a new exhibit, entitled Evolving Traditions: People, Place and Wooden Boats. Men of Steel: New Merchant Marine Exhibition at Railway Coastal Museum

The Railway Coastal Museum, located in St. John’s, N.L., recently opened a new exhibit titled The Deep Sea Schooners and Newfoundland’s Merchant Sailors. This exhibit was a joint-project between the museum and the Newfoundland Association of CN Pensioners, with the research done by the museum’s collections manager, Annette Hurley.
