4RST Capelin Integrated Fisheries Management Plan Released

DFO advises that the Capelin Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for 4RST has been finalized. The total allowable catch has been set at 14,300 tonnes for 2015-2016. The total allowable catch has been set at 30,496 tonnes for 2015-2016.
