Trinity East Poacher Receives $1,000 Fine for Possessing Undersized Lobster
On July 3, 2015, Donald Cooper of Trinity East, Newfoundland and Labrador was convicted under the Fishery (General) Regulations for possessing undersized lobster below the minimum carapace measurement requirement of 82.5 millimeters.
Cooper was convicted in Clarenville Provincial Court and has been fined $1,000, with 30 days to pay.
